African Youth and Governance Conference. Ghana
African Youth and Governance Conference is scheduled for August 10th – 12th, 2010, in Accra, GHANA.
The conference is being organized by the Youth Bridge Foundation to stimulate a dialogue on democratic governance issues among the youth of Africa by advocating and emphasizing the role they can play in Africa’s social, political and economic development.
The objectives of this conference include: mobilization of African youth and constructing a platform for networking.
The conference is for individuals and youth workers between the age of 18-35 who are seeking information on ways to contribute to the development of the youth in Africa as well as delegates of civil society organizations registered and operating in an African country. It is for any person who demonstrates some level of commitment towards youth development in his/her respective country. Register here.
The applicants older than 35 and participants from other continents are welcome to attend as observers.
