Introduction(Abstract)：
We learned that the really helpful volunteers are not those who go to care the people for a three-day-camp, bring money and food there then go away, that’s just like “migrant birds”-not able to bring changes or hope to the environment; The poverty of the poor or the tribe people may be not real poor or need help.
But do need more confidence and indignity to improve the quality life. However, the true value for the volunteering is “sharing” and we create the “Virtual e-learning family youth volunteer program” to learn and share with each other.

E-learning family is a family which built by a university student, an elementary school student in the city and an elementary student in the tribe. During the summer or winter vacation, three people build the e-learning platform together in the tribe. And develop the friendship by the interaction in the tribe in one week. After leaving the tribe, the student in the city still can use the e-learning platform to discuss the school work or share the life experience. While the university students play the role which like parents. We not only have to manage the platform but also have to instruct and concern the children. In addition, we can design some activities, as such: an Internet book club to plus the interest and maintain the permanent of the interaction.

The main goal of “e-learning family” is “accompany”, we want to bring warmth, long-term warmth during their growth.

In this workshop, we invite the students of the three parts and their school teacher to share their growth by the program.
