Countdown to the 12th IAVE Asia-Pacific Regional Volunteer Conference

Asia Pacific is holding its breath, and we are, too! On November 26th, all roads will lead to Kaohsiung, Taiwan for the 12th IAVE Asia Pacific Regional Volunteer Conference - an exciting gathering of volunteers from all over the Asia Pacific region, young and old alike. Fueled by the energy and spirit of Taiwanese volunteers and organizers from IAVE Taiwan, the conference will be an opportunity for all stakeholders in Asia Pacific to come together as a community under one banner - volunteerism as a lifestyle for social solidarity.

To be held from 26-29 November 2009, the conference will also gather 150 young people from 25 countries in the region to speak about the successes, opportunities and challenges of youth volunteering at present - an event that should definitely not be missed!
