Offering the assistants a space to build together the tools for visualizing the IAVE we dream for - 2018, through a Perspective Exercise.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
“Shared dream”. An ideal space for the volunteers and
IAVE members to reflect about the “Wished Future" for the organization and what the proper strategies to make it true are.
