IAVE 21st World Volunteer Conference Workshop 125: Maximising the Power of One: The Youth Voice Strategy
Today's students and youths are tomorrow's pillars to support this globe.
The relatively youthful speakers of this session share about how they tackle the causes they campaign for, whether it is tobacco awareness or government accountability to its citizens through youth mobilisation. Venkatachalam Regunathan from India initiated a "Global Youth Tobacco Awareness Compaign" mobilising youth and students from countries across the globe. Sylvester Diggs leverages on students and journalists in Liberia to research legislature to establish justice for its citizenry.
Listen to the youth voice as they speak authoritatively on the causes they believe in, whether it is youth for youth, or youth for justice and biberty, taking on causes far beyond the pale.
