IAVE 21st World Volunteer Conference Workshop 312: Building High Performing Organisations: Applications to NPOs Development in Asia

IAVE IRC

The cultivation of peak performance in any organization requires leadership and strategy at all levels, particularly within the non-profit sector where special attention must be placed upon attracting and retaining talent. This workshop evaluates the factors and characteristics which are critical to an organization's performance by looking at the relationships both within and between non-profit organizations to demonstrate how to achieve high performance. Participants will also gain an insight into studies which demonstrate how trust and resource sharing in the non-profit sector can directly impact policy and day-to-day operation management.
