BITC have a UK focus and their main area of work on employee community engagement is through a programme, Cares.  400 companies support city based activity in 32 locations across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.  In addition, ProHelp involves more than 1000 professional firms by brokering pro bono support into local community groups and voluntary organisations.   On a european level, ENGAGE brings together companies that are interested in taking their UK programmes and expanding to other locations.
