III Social-Third Sector Congress: Add value; build the future, Barcelona, Spain March 2011
The III Social Third Sector Congress, on March 24th and 25th 2011, will bring together hundreds of representatives from Catalan voluntary-based organizations. with the intention of shared reflection on the values, challenges and opportunities of the Third Sector in the context of economic crisis.
The congress is organized by the Table of the Social-Third sector, which contains more than 3000 organisations, to reflect on and strengthen its own values and make progress towards a more inclusive, cohesive and participative society, with the goal to advance social rights and welfare for everyone. .
This event will take place in the International Convention Centre of Barcelona-CCIB and the main topic is its own congress title: Add value; build the future. The program will include expert plenaries, dialogues, and an array of experiences. It will examine diverse issues such as the role of volunteers, the collaboration between different sectors, the use of new information and communication technology, education on values, ethics in organizational management, representation of vulnerable groups, innovation in social inclusión and the evaluation and measurement of social and human impact, among others.
The congress will be in Catalan and Spanish and organizers are collecting proposals for presentations and experiences until the 15th of November, 2010.

Through my previous experience as a volunteer in different organization. Currently i am working in NGO named "Imran Khan Foundation (IKF)" in Balochistan, Pakistan. Youth Mobilization is one of the main component of IKF, through Youth Mobilization (Volunteerism) we have raise found for flood affected communities in Pakistan and involve them in the rehabilitation face of flood affected communities.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
I am interested to take part in the form to share my knowledge and experience. Enhance my knowdge and skill in this form.
