My name is Do Thi Kim Hoa - Officer Manager of The Vietnam Volunteer Information and Resource Center (VVIRC as volunteer natinal center in Vietnam), and I m VDVN project assistant (VDVN project: Sthethening the capacity of volunteerism for development in Vietnam) too. I m staff of Vietnam Youth Union in head quater.
VVIRC is the new member of IAVE and so we want attend the 13 IAVE Asia Pacific Regional Volunteer Conference to have networking of IAVE partner and learn the experiences of organizations. But because we are Gouverment organization, can you sent us a invitation letter to descripte:
Subject: Invite Representative of The Vietnam Volunteer Information and Resource Center and Sthethening the capacity of volunteerism for development in Vietnam Project - Vietnam Youth Union to attend he 13 IAVE Asia Pacific Regional Volunteer Conferenc; and add information about the place, budget (travel, accomodation,..) and conference fee,...And then, you sign the letter invitation and scan sent it to my email.
We have information in your website, but we suggest strongly that you can sent us the offical invitation letter.
We have only short time, and help us to sent it us soon as possible.
