About Registration

On-site registration will be made available on the day of the event, however we strongly encourage registration prior to the event.

All payments will be processed in United States Dollar (USD).

Payments may be made with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club/Discover credit cards, bank checks, and wire transfers for pre-conference date registrations.

Only credit card payments will be accepted for on-site registrations.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For cancellation received by Friday, April 21, 2017, a refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made. For cancellation received after May 3, 2017, no refund will be made.

Late Arrival and Early Departure
No refunds will be made or credits given for late arrival or early departures from the conference.
