For over 10 years, Dr. Lonneke Roza has focused on impact first and impact only initiatives associated with companies to create positive social change, with a particular interest in corporate volunteering. Currently, Lonneke works as an Assistant Professor Erasmus University Rotterdam and as a strategy consultant for companies to design and implement their corporate citizenship. She publishes her work in both academic and practitioners’ journals such as Journal of Business Ethics and Stanford Social Innovation Review, and she has published multiple books with Springer and Sage. She closely collaborates with platforms such as European Venture Philanthropy Association (Belgium) and RW Institute (United States).
Diane Solinger is a member of the IAVE Board of Directors and serves as chairperson for the Global Corporate Volunteer Council. She has over 25 years of experience in the social sector and led Google’s global employee giving and volunteering programs for 4 years prior to focusing on corporate communications, corporate culture, and learning and development program management. She currently supports over 23,000 Google managers through the design and implementation of learning programs. In addition to serving on the IAVE board of directors, Diane serves on two advisory boards: the Center for Ethics and Social Responsibility and Well Constructed.
Kinjal Jain drives implementation of the Tata group level volunteering programme – Tata Engage and provides support to Tata companies to create their corporate volunteering policies and programmes. A development sector professional, Kinjal has over ten years of experience and expertise in business development, strategy development, project management, volunteer management and stakeholder engagement. Kinjal holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Insurance from KC College, Diploma in Advertising and Public relations from Welingkar Institute of Management Studies and a Masters in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
Justin Land is a program officer with Dow’s Global Citizenship team, who leverages the company’s innovative technology, employee expertise and culture of inclusion to generate transformational social impact. In this role, Justin leads a global portfolio that includes Dow’s Engaging for Impact 2025 Sustainability Goal, global volunteerism strategy and disaster relief. He also has public affairs responsibility for Dow’s Northeast US sites. With a commitment to service, Justin is on the board of directors of Keep Philadelphia Beautiful, serves on the Greater Philadelphia Corporate Volunteer Council and previously spent three years with the United States Peace Corps in Dakar, Senegal.

He is a Masters Graduate of UCD and from Michael Smurfit business college 2018 and a board member of St. Dominics School and started the first Genforce hub in Dublin in 2019 . He is a trusted industries and customer experience expert helping CXO’s of companies like Net-A-Porter, Finnair, Spotify and Eurostar scale customer experience as we enter the 4th industrial revolution.
Fredrick is the Secretary and National Coordinator to the Volunteer Involving Organizations Society – Kenya (The VIO Society). Fred has enhanced collaborations with the Kenyan Government through the relevant Ministry, Corporates and development agencies. He has led the development of the Kenya National Volunteerism Policy and a Draft Volunteerism Bill. Fred has led the Society to establish collaborations with Regional and International Volunteer Groups, notably IAVE, Forum, VGA, Good Deeds Day ad Global Pro Bono Network. He was the first to endorse the Global Volunteering Standards. Recently Fred was recently recognized by the Kenyan Government and VIO Society for outstanding Volunteer Leadership.
