On-site registration will be made available on the day of the event, however we strongly encourage registration prior to the event.
All payments will be processed in Euros (€).
Payments may be made with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club/Discover credit cards, PayPal, bank checks (issued from U.S. banks only), Western Union and bank wire transfers for pre-conference date registrations. Cash payments will only be accepted in-person during the conference.

Notice of Filming and Photography
By registering for the conference you are consenting to attend an event where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
By attending the event, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by IAVE and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar IAVE events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of IAVE. You release IAVE, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.
By attending the conference, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by IAVE or the person or entity designated to do so by IAVE.
You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the conference.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
For cancellation received by October 10, 2018, a refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made. For cancellation received after October 10, 2018, no refund will be made. All cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected].
Transfer of Registration
Paid registrations can be transferred to another individual who qualifies for the same registration category and fee, for no extra charge. The original registrant must email [email protected] to initiate the transfer.
Late Arrival and Early Departure
No refunds will be made or credits given for late arrival or early departures from the conference.

IAVE may use the personal data stored about you jointly with its national member societies, other closely affiliated organizations or event/business partners.
