She currently serves as Director of Social Innovation, Education, Employment and Volunteering at Fundación Telefónica, where she leads the strategy and implementation of initiatives that integrate education, digital inclusion, employability, and volunteering across Spain and Latin America. In this role, she works at the intersection of the public, private, and social sectors to build partnerships, expand access to opportunities for diverse talent, and promote lifelong learning and digital skills development.
Previously, Inés led the 42 Madrid programming campus, an innovative, peer-to-peer learning model focused on preparing talent for the digital economy.
