William (Bill) Josko

Director, Business Development

Biography

William J. Josko has been appointed IAVE’s new Director of Business Development. In this capacity, Bill will lead IAVE’s growth with corporate sponsorships and foundations, as well as legacy projects in alignment with IAVE’s 2026 World Volunteer Conference in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Bill started his career with IBM Corporation upon graduating from college, and specialized in Public Safety, Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Justice, Corrections, Courts, and Corporate Security software applications and technology solutions as a business development executive. He ultimately led IBM’s Public Safety and Justice practice globally. After IBM, Bill founded a consultancy, Government Technologies Group, specializing in Public Sector solutions.

Bill recently completed a 3-year term as a Board Member of the IJIS Institute. A native of New Jersey, he resides in Mount Laurel with his wife and pet cats. In his spare time, Bill runs “Bella’s Cat Rescue”, dedicated to the Trapping/Neutering/Returning (TNR) of feral cats, after check-ups and vaccinations have been administered.
