Vivian Lam is a youth inclusion advocate focused on youth empowerment, intersectional equity, and volunteerism.
She served for two years with the United Nations Development Programme Asia and the Pacific, promoting inclusive and meaningful youth engagement in entrepreneurship, climate action, and civic participation across the region. As a Movers Mentor with the Movers Programme, a regional youth network of more than 200,000 young people, she builds a Leave No One Behind community focused on equitable access to opportunity.
Vivian co-founded One Planet Production in 2022, an environmental theatre project raising awareness among students, and later served as Regional Manager at Enactus Hong Kong, empowering university students to create social impact through entrepreneurial action.
From grassroots community projects to regional policy work, Vivian is committed to mobilizing young people as agents of change. She envisions a global volunteering movement where youth action drives an equitable world.
