We are pleased to welcome Vivian Lam of Hong Kong SAR, China, as the new Youth Representative to the IAVE Board of Directors.
Vivian is a youth inclusion advocate, community builder, and mentor focused on youth empowerment, intersectional equity, and volunteerism.
She brings experience from both grassroots initiatives and regional policy work. Vivian spent two years with the United Nations Development Programme Asia and the Pacific, supporting meaningful youth engagement in entrepreneurship, climate action, and civic participation. She is also a Movers Mentor, helping build a Leave No One Behind community within a regional youth network of more than 200,000 young people.
Previously, Vivian co-founded One Planet Production, an environmental theatre project, and served as Regional Manager at Enactus Hong Kong, empowering university students to create social impact through entrepreneurial action.
Through her work, Vivian has been committed to mobilizing young people as agents of change. We are excited to have her bring that perspective to the IAVE Board and help strengthen youth voice across our work.
