Biography

Guillermo is the founder and Executive Director of the Argentine Network for International Cooperation (RACI), the Argentine National platform of NGOs. He has over 20 years of experience working for local and international civil society.

He is a Kettering Foundation fellow and was Co-Chair of the Argentine C20 in 2018 and a member of the Board of Directors of CIVICUS – The World Alliance for Citizen Participation (2016-22).

In 2014, he was elected to join the Steering Committee of AGNA – Affinity Group of National Associations- CIVICUS, representing Latin America. Guillermo also founded and is a member of the Regional Executive Committee of Innovation for Change (I4C), Latin America.

He teaches in various universities in Argentina and around the world, focusing on the situation of democracy, citizen participation, and Civil Society.
