Biography

Iraida Manzanilla Guerra is a sociologist, having graduated from Andrés Bello Catholic University and from the Advanced Management Program of the Institute of Higher Studies in Administration (IESA). She is the Founder of Iniciativa Latinoamericana, where she works as a senior consultant and researcher in CSR and Corporate Volunteering in Venezuela and Latin America.

Iraida was Vice President of the Board of IAVE and Regional Representative for Latin America. She was part of the IAVE research team for the publication of the report on Corporate Volunteering for a Post-pandemic World. She is currently the Coordinator of IAVE´s  Global Network of Volunteerong Leadership (GNVL) for Latin America.

Iraida is a member of the Advisory Councils of umbrella organizations in Venezuela: FIPAN and Sinergia, a network for the defense of the rights of participation and free association.
