We’re excited that you’re interested in attending the 27th IAVE World Volunteer Conference in Busan, South Korea, from 22-25 October 2024. If you require a letter of invitation to apply for a visa, please follow the directions below:

IAVE Members—If you are an IAVE member, and joined before 1 April 2024, please email [email protected].
Non-members—If you are not an IAVE member, or joined in April 2024 or later, please fill out the request form below. Please also consider becoming an IAVE member here!

IAVE will make reasonable efforts to support your request, but we reserve the right to not issue a letter. We are also not able to discuss our review process or provide reasons for our decisions.

Please note that IAVE is not able to issue visas. Visa support letters are part of an application which must be made directly with the appropriate Republic of Korea authorities responsible for issuing visas.
