Cathy Scott manages the UPS Foundation’s Volunteerism Philanthropic Investment Strategy, supporting the distribution of over $17 million annually to support programs in areas of volunteerism and community involvement, including UPS’s global volunteer platform, Neighbor-to- Neighbor. UPS employees contribute more than 3 million hours a year in volunteer service through this program.

Additionally, she also manages The UPS Foundation Board of Trustees activities, Foundation Operations and is responsible for the strategy and funding investments for UPS’s Fight against Human Trafficking as well as managing the companywide United Way employee Campaign. UPS employees contribute more than $50 million annually.

A UPS employee for 23 years, Cathy also held prior positions in Procurement and Learning & Talent Development. Cathy is a corporate member of the International Human Trafficking Institute, a member of the UPS Brakes for Human Trafficking Council and has served as a liaison with UnidosUS Corporate Board of Advisors.

A native of Illinois, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Western Illinois University. She and her husband Jeff live in Milton, Georgia, with their two daughters, Savannah and Olivia.
