Terms & Conditions

About Registration

Deadline for registration is Thursday, May 19th, 2016. On-site registration will be made available on the day of the Forum, however we strongly encourage registration prior to the event.

All payments are in United States Dollar (USD).

Payments may be made with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club/Discover credit cards, bank checks, and wire transfers for pre-conference date registrations.

Only credit card payments will be accepted for on-site registrations.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For cancellation received by May 5th, 2016, a refund of 50% of the registration will be made. For cancellation received after May 5th, 2016, no refund will be made.

Early Departure. No refunds will be made or credits given for early departures from the conference.
